I have a 95 jeep cherokee 4.0 HO with the inline and my cylender head has 3 spark plug ports that are stripped and i cant get them out so i was thinking about just replaceing the whole head!

I was gonna go to the yard and find one and was wandering what year cylinder heads of other cherokees would fit on my block!

Why not just repair the stripped plug holes? There are dedicated kits that, with care, you can install without even removing the head - or you can install a Heli-Coil (M14-1.5, I think, but there are spark plug kits) that you can remove the head and install the insert.

Either would be easier and cheaper than replacing the head outright, methinks.

However, if you insist on replacing the head outright, I'm quite sure I've gone into head swap information on this board - try digging it up and seeing what you can find (because, in all honesty, I really don't feel like typing it all out again...)

But, you do have options!
