Just what is your basic problem? Won't Start? Replace the crankshaft Position Sensor, and the Camshaft Positon Sensor. If this don't fix it change the PCM.

The typical culprit for this problem is the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS).

If you decide to change it I would highly recommend a Mopar (Dealer) CPS, not some aftermarket CPS.

Why did you change the PCM? Some other issue?
