New Drums Chirping / Lurching
So i put all new rear brakes on my 8.25 the other day. Shoes, drums, hardware all replace. only thing not replace was the piston (not sure of actual name; it pushs the pads out) and backing plate. Didnt have this issue before i did the brakes.
This was my first time doing drums, but i had a friend help me thru the process.
When im stopping it feels like the vehicle is lurching a little bit (stop, release, stop, release) like the drums are warped... Not possible tho because they are brand new.
Also when im driving at slow speeds (~30mph) there is a chirping sound (chirp chirp chirp chirp) coming from the rear brakes which dissapates as i speed up.
Also, i dont *think* i could put the shoes on backwards because they came with the pin already pressed in...unless i switched the sides? Not sure
Any ideas? Im stumped. I was planning on taking the tires off tomorrow to take a look and see if anything is obvious

I know nobody had any input, but problem is fixed. One of the pins that holds the shoes in place had a 45 degree bend in it
