Did some MORE searching.
What I have found:
The Hesco kit is widely used. Most of the time for engine swaps where the OEM flywheel/flexplate cannot be reused. Usually Wrangler 4.2 to XJ 4.0 swaps.
Kit looks very basic.
Mounting bracket: Uses 3 bolts from the oil pan (longer ones supplied) Also has a bolt to clamp the CPS down after proximity to HB is set.
CPS: (of course) Cannot find any ifo on the CPS ITSELF just the different connectors
Harmonic balancer: Appears to be an OEM unit with triggering notches machined into it. 12 notches. 6 for IGN and 6 for INJ (INJ/IGN/INJ/IGN..etc)
All I have found out is that those who have spent the $300 aren't saying to much about it other than, "Works good."
Many people cannot see spending that amount of money to relocated a sensor that is supposedly "easy to get to". IMHO these folk either need thier head examined -OR- have that head shot off at point-blank range and do the gene pool a big favor.
ANOTHER PIC: (Installed on Wrangler)

IF I only had one here in front of me. It appears it would be very easy to "reverse-engineer" one to work. But alas, none HERE.
SIDE NOTE: For those with trail rigs. May be a good idea to give this vital organ some protection in the way of a splash shiled or some type of debris guard
P.S. This is from about 4 1/2hrs of sitting here in front of this monitor smoking asprins and popping cigarettes. No wait.... Scratch that/reverse it.
