Default New Cherokee, What Gears would be best?

Well guys since some loser rear-ended me and totaled my 98 I went and picked up a 2000 with a 5.5 Long Arm from Rubicon Express with 33's. The only problem with it is that it has the factory gears, 3.07's. I am going to be DDing this Cherokee and was wondering if a Set of 4.10's would be good for around town and still be good on the highway because I like about 6 hours from home and will be doing alot of highway driving, Espically with my College's off-road club. So I was wondering what gear set would be good to regain some MPG's and not make my engine tach out on the highway, Which ones would be best, 4.10's or 4.56's? Thanks in advance for the help guys.

My 95 has the tow package with 3.73 gears and 31" tires. It works pretty well for me on the highway and off-road. I get about 18 mpg on the highway. the engine turns at around 2000 rpm at close to 70 or 75 mph. And if I need more umpf on the trails, thats what 4-low is for...

the 3.73 gears are also nice because I can run my road tires (LT 235/75/15 ATs) on the freeway, and I'm not screaming along at 4000 rpm.

Maybe I don't have big enough tires, or steep enough hills, but I feel like gears above 4.10 are overkill, especially if you plan on taking it on the highway

Ah, My friend had recommended a set of 3.90's but I dont believe they make that gear set for the D30 and C8.25, If so that would be my best bet then? Anything is going to be better then the 3.07's that are in it now considering it has 33's, im sure the gas millage will be terrible until I re-gear so that would be my first and major concern.
