Try tightening the bolts for the steering stabilizer. I think its what that is. There are 3 bolts in the fender well that go to it(what drop pitman arm comes from). I put on a new bumper and had to remove them. Now that i put it back together the clunking almost stopped and is a lot quiter. Needa tighten it 1 final time before i try something else though.
