Is anyone running neon injectors? What does it do if i were to swap them out? Anymore power?

Neon? Like a Dodge Neon?

 

Yeah! You can replace your stock injectors with one from a mid 90's dodge neon and will get a small increase in gas mileage. Supposedly it gives you more power as well but i cant tell you for sure since i haven't done this yet.

 

i did it a while ago and i feel it was well worth it, i havent measured the milage, but im sure it helped a bit. I noticed it had way better throttle response and it never stutters now. You want the injectors with 0280155703 on them. I believe they are in the 2.4L from 95-97.

Yep all 87-98 xj's take #0280155703 injectors from the 95-97 neon or stratus

 

those year neons never came with a 2.4 so stick to the stratus's

Did mine yesterday, no real increase of power, but the throttle response seems better.

 

Got mine swapped today...as stated before there is throttle response difference but power wise not noticable....

 

anyone ever try this on a 5.2 zj

I have a set of injectors from a neon numbers 703's for sale. I just swapped mine you can check my build thread in my sig to see. Super easy to do and while I didn't notice any gas mileage gain I have noticed better acceleration. Well worth it imo.
