Snow wheeling is one of, if not my favorite for wheeling. It is hard, but clean, and not so rough on the equipment. Also most of the time you are in beautiful surroundings, plus it is a good time with friends.

yep, and the only reason they're so cheap now is because the word about them hasnt really got out yet. I've heard some people say that they will do what maxxis did, get popular then get expensive. But now that i have a set i've seen at least 5-6 more vehicles with them and i've only had them for like a month

.

The only problem people have with TSL's is the treadwear, they should not be used as a DD tire as compared to BFG or something along those lines.

TSL's rank with Simex Extreme Trekkers as some of the best offroad tires.
i know they come in 9.5". thats y i said most. and this thread isnt about 6 ft deep snow. the guy is driving a stock height cherokee. anything over the hood wouldnt matter what tires you have on for him. with his setup he needs to stay with a thinner tire. don't think its that much of a difference between a mud terrain and an aggressive all terrain. just depends on the person.

I understand your point, and the OP's predicament as previously posted.

I am in love with the Cooper Discoverer STT. Great tire in all situations but slick (wet) rocks. great in all weather though. Not loud, wear like iron.
