Default Need steering help 01 XJ

I bought a wrecked 01 XJ, the impact was the front passenger door, fender and wheel. other then cosmetic the control arm bracket on the axle passenger side was bent way over so I bought and welded a new one in from rusty's. now it's all back together but I cannot turn left more then a few inches (the wheels) I bought new lower tie rod sleeve and the ends

I can either adjust the tie rod to get both wheels basically straight but then I can turn left. or I can adjust the driver side tie rod out to get full left turn movement but obv that doesn't get the wheels straight when I point forward the driver wheel will be pointed out.

I am running out of ideas does anyone have any ideas?

the steering wheel is also not centered. ... I'm wondering if I adjust the tie rod to get the tires parallel, if I can then adjust the drag link to straighten the wheel and if that is what is causing me to not get the full left turn.

with the wheels straight I have no left turn , if I go right It looks like I can go farther right then I should be able to.

I can't quite picture what's going on, but have you had the Jeep to a good alignment shop?

It sounds like someone set the alignment without locking the steering wheel straight ahead. The pitman arm should be nearly parallel with the frame (it's tapered of course, but you know what I mean). I suspect if you put the wheels straight and crawl underneath the pitman arm will be pointing to the passenger's side. Messing with the sleeve on the drag link will fix that, like you said. Tie rod to get the tires parallel (1/8" toe in), drag link to straighten everything.
