Default need some pointers

alright, so i just made a user name today but have looked at the forum many many times. i have a 91 xj limited and am looking to make it a dd/trail tamer. i have looked at a lot of peoples setups but don't know what to do for my jeep. i want to lift it 3 to 3.5 inches, but down the road go to atleast 4 inch lift, since i am low on funds.
i have been looking at a Rustys 3 in complete spring pack with the hydro shocks. it comes with two 3 inch front coils, 4 shocks, two 3 inch full leaf springs, grade 8 u bolts, and a brake line extension. is there anything else that i would need to make this kit work?
i am planning on putting 33 x13 ltb's under it.
as of right now my jeep is stock, cut front and rear fenders and balda** 31 inch wranglers. i have 15x8 black D-windows also.

Um, I wouldnt think so. I went with Rustys 4.5 kit. Everything was there, but I would say maybe a drop pitman arm if you want.

If you want to run 33's your gonna have to go bigger then 3" inches my friend. I have rustys 3" and on top of that shackles and spacers which comes in just under 5". My 32X10.50s scrubbed untill I trimmed my front and rear fenders and got rid of my fender flares. Now I could easily run 33s. But as for the rustys kits I have been satisfied with mine but now I want to go with something taller.

the xjs 20 plus years old they would have two benifits if you replaced them, new lines and longer lines .
