Exclamation need serious help with brakes

so im starting to get a soft brake pedal. it still has pressure but got push to the floor. when i turn it off and pump the brakes the pedal goes to the floor twice than builds up pressure. i had the tire shop check my pads front and rears and they said it looked good. they check the vacuum pressure with the gauge and it was reading low and i think it said late timing. any input on this its a 92 cherokee with no abs.

While the jeep is parked pump the brakes till they have pressure then hold the pedal if it slowly drops to the floor you probably have a bad master cylinder. Also check for leaking or balooning of the brake hoses.

2x^ the master cylinder may be leaking, possibly into the vacuum booster. Lets hope the booster is not damaged. Vacuum hose to the booster is in good condition?

if no fluid leaks are present and brake pedal slopwly goes to floor whileconstant pressure is being applide master is most likely by passing pressure start by replacing it
