5 speed standard

i burned the clutch coming up a driveway hill not wanting to roll back into a fence. i've not driven many standards since college (88 timeframe) so i was nervous about it all. i'll continue to use the one in the jeep to relearn 5-speed manuals, but before i go on the alpine loop, i'll need to change it out.

what is recommended by the jeeps owners out there that i get, or that i avoid?

went w/LUK. went "pro" but not sure of the $30 or so difference. also go a luk flywheel. while there, just put new in.
