ZJ guy here wanting some help on a 92 XJ i'm looking for my brother, guy is only asking 1k and the only problems are the Jeep wont start in P you have to start it in N and the trans slips a lil but thats no big deal (ZJ does the same thing so i'm thinking its the same problem but the starting thing kinda got me wondering what the deal was.)Starts up quick runs great. Oh and Engine was rebuilt bout a year ago papers to prove it. Any ideas what the starting problem is? TIA
Neutral Safety Switch. Expensive part to replace but some say you can 'fix' the one in it.

Neutral safety switch fix takes about 20 minutes and costs you 50 cents in dielectric grease. One of the easiest things to fix. I would say go for it. If you need help i can tell you haw to fix it when the time comes.
