Default Need pics of no headliner.

As the title says my headliner is sagging and i have a choice either remove it and install and new headliner or just leave the headliner out for a more rugged look.

My question is does anyone have any pics of there jeep without the headliner in there.

I'm trying to get some ideas of what it looks like before if decide what to do.

Thank you that would be wonderful.

The reason i have to take my headliner down is that i had a water leak at the top of the winshield and it got the headliner and headliner board wet.

It looks like its been doing this for awhile my sunvisors were covering it up so i never noticed it.

But now i have to remove it and will have to buy a whole new headliner board along with the headliner if i want it to go back in since the old one is runied.

So i'm deciding to maybe just leave it out i'm told it looks very nice just havent seen pics yet.

I'm also told that the pre 94 xj look better since after 94 i think it is the stregthed the roof so it doesnt look as good with the headliner out but i have never seen this so i cant say it is or isnt.

Well i removed my headliner and after letting it dry the headliner board isnt in bad shape it was just alittle wet.

So for the time i used i kitchen sink sponge the kind with the rough green backing and used it so get all the old loose foam off the headliner so now it looks pretty good.

But while i had the headliner out i poured water over the front windshield and it started to drip like crazy inside so i know where i need to seal the windshield up at.

The inside doesnt look that bad with it out so i might just leave it that way.
