Default Need loan of TCU for testing

Anybody out there have a 1996 compatible TCU that they are not currently using that they would loan out for a month or so. I can not get my 96 Country to signal solenoid 3 to lockup. Solenoid, TPS and VSS are new. I have wired around the TCU and can do it manually. Power to TCU is good (12.xx volts). TCU must be bad?

Thanks in advance.

Grab one at a pick and pull. They are different OBDI and OBDII so get the correct one.

Bad brake pedal switch can cause no lockup too.

Default Cruise control working fine

Don't believe the brake switch is bad because the cruise control is working good and same as always - no change in that area.

Also trying to avoid the P N P thing because of unknown status of TCU and have also changed out TPS and VSS with no changes and a bit tired of buying parts, albeit fairly cheap, that aren't needed.
