Need jeep lift help cant figure out what previous owner did

Need jeep lift help cant figure out what previous owner did
I have a 2000 Cherokee and my passenger side leaf spring took a poop, I went to the junkyard and got a pack off of a early 90's model with 4 leaf packs to replace mine and when I got home to match them up I noticed that my existing pack had 5 leafs along with the driver side also. I have a 2" block in the rear and new springs up front and I run 31"s, my question is why do I have 5 leaf packs??
