Default NEED HELP w/ lift

Okay so i jus bought a 2 door 1985 cherokee with a 6 inch rough country lift. it doesnt run. the question i have is...i want to take the lift off of the 85 and put it on my 4 door 1994 cherokee. is this a possibility?

thanks for the help...i need it

depends on whar kind of lift is it, block, spring, ect.

Should bolt right onto to your 94. The only thing that might mess you up is if the rear axles are different. You may need to get different U bolts. You really should get new U bolts, anyway. They shouldn't be re-used because they stretch.

I would get some new u-bolts,also take a good look the condition of all the bushings, but should bolt right up though.

really? so all the length of the short arms will be fine? yess this is awesome cuz i bought the 85 cherokee with this lift for $100!

wow, that is one killer deal! Even if the one you bought does not run the lift alone is worth some major dough.

well its actually a really good deal cuz it "technically does run" it jus needed a new fuel pump. but if u pore gas into the carb then it starts but ya i bought it to use the lift but i jus wasnt sure if itd fit! lol but i couldnt pass up the deal...

If all it needs is a fuel pump replace it and beat the crap outa that one keeping your 94 all nice and pretty.

X2 on beating up the 85! I've just gotta get a roll cage in my 89 then I plan on rolling it in pritchett canyon, moab!!! Lol

i am almost tempted to beat the hell outta the 85! ahhhh but my 94 will look awesome its clean and white. how could i fit 37's on this lift?

you said it was the short arm lift does it have the control arm drop bracket or the adjustable control arms? i would recommend getting the both if it doesnt have them
