Default need help with sputtering

1986 jeep Cherokee 2.5 5 speed 4wd no ac....
When accelerating not from a dead stop my jeep stumbles and sputters, mileage went from 19 to 15. Brand new fuel filter. Air filter is decent. New oil and filter plugs gapped. Wires are fairly new the cap is newer as well as rotor. I took them apart and cleaned them to. My fuel pressure is good.

I have a book in front of me but it's not quite helping me. So what do you guys think?

Alright an update....
Did map sensor, cps, tps, purge signal, coil, cap, rotor, fuel filter, two bottles of injector cleaner, 92 octane, new air filter, oil/filter, and mat sensor...

Sputters once in awhile drove it 100 miles had maybe 7 times where it sputtered, bought new fuel pump and strainer will install them in the morning.

My 99 did this. A bottle of lucas fuel treatment fixed the problem.

This may sound crazy, but I tried fuel treatment also with minor results. Talked to a very good mech and he turned me on to lucas fuel treatment and i could not believe it. this was after a major tuneup. Could not find the problem. Was going to try other things until I put in a bottle of lucas and has not sputtered yet. This was 2 months ago. Hope this works for you to.
