Can you give us a little more info before everyone starts tossing BS guesses at you.

Does it happen...
at slow speeds
at highway speeds
at all speeds
when driving straight
when turning
when going over bumps
in 2wd
in 4wd
in reverse

Does it sound more like...
a humming
a rattle
a grinding sound
a rub

It will be hard to pinpoint without being able to hear it. Start with checking the front u-joints on the axles and the front driveshaft. Then check the diff fluid level, it should be even with the bottom of the fill plug on the diff cover. Raise the front tires off of the ground and turn them by hand to see if you can hear or feel anything abnormal with the hub assemblies.

I had an intermittant humming/buzzing noise coming from the drivers side knee area that was driving me nuts. I happened fast, slow or stopped. Nothing would change the frequency and banging on stuff wouldn't make it go away. Finally figured out that it was my turn signal relay sticking. I'm just throwing that out there.

I had a humming noise in my front end and i noticed it would get worse when i would take corners. My hubs where shot and that is why it gave off a humming noise... but like winston said we need more help in what it is doing before we can help you figure out why it is doing it

jack up one of your tires like you were changing it and once it is off the ground shake it. If the hubs are worn there should be some major play. Do that to both sides.

What kind of tires are you running, and are they new?

hmmmm, if i were you I would check your front brakes(just to make sure nothings hagin in there) then take apart my hub assembly and take a look around. Other than that you got me beat. Could it be coming from your transmission area? Or are you sure its from the front end?
