My 01 is spitting out all my coolant once it heats up, and i shut it off. Afew times it shot the cap clean off. There's alot of stop leak in it from the previous owner. Someone said cracked head or head gasket but it doesn't overheat at all and there is no white smoke. Gonna try http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...ier=248492_0_0_
Any ideas whether it's a hose, thermostat, radiator, or heater core?

One easy test is to fill it, then with the cap off bower-brake it. Your left foot solid on the break and give it some fair throttle for a few seconds. With a really shot gasket it will geyser. Some surging is normal but bubbling/consistent bubbling is a sign of combustion gasses escaping into the water jacket. Sorry, the cap shooting off does not sound good.

Thanks I'll try that. Looks normal except its covered in orange crap. Think that's the stop leak. Never used stop leak so idk what it looks like.

Stop leak comes usually looking like bbs that disolve and re harden and can ruin a radiator. I don't think you have a blown head...is say you need a new radiator though. Don't deal with that cheap flush stuff. Go have a mechanic with the proper machine professionally flush it. Helped me a lot.
