When they stole my buddys jeep they took a screw driver in the key hole and spun it till it broke. You will have to buy a new lock cylinder but its probably cheaper than a lock smith.

If you can, reach up to the front of the hood inbetween the 2 fans, you can feel a small rod that runs to each latch, push HARD to the drivers side
If only one side pops open then you can remove the headlight assembly + blinker and unbolt the latch itself, the hood then pops open.
ill see if i can find the thread i got the info from.
edit: heres the thread to get the hood open:

As far as popping the locks, im not sure if you can but theres 2 cables on the lock itself hooked to the power door locks. if you can somehow get the hanger onto the right cable and push twards the front of the jeep it should pop open as well (no experience with this one)
edit2: I should really read better

on the trail you can remove the antenna and slide that in wherever possible and hit the power lock button. but the jeep doors are like the old sedan doors and don't flex very well with a wedge.
i personally have an air wedge, but in your case i would go through the door between the window glass and as mentioned before, gain access to the lock rod inside the door and grab that with a bind tool that you can make out of either an old antenna or possibly a coat hanger.
you want to bend the tool to look like this...

don't mind the dots, i had to put those in just to line up the letters. it's actually called a Sully T-19 tool. try to google it.
then you hook the "n" over the lockrod, twist to bind and slide forward or backwards, whichever way to unlock the door.
use a door stopper or a piece of wood as a wedge to open about 1/2 inch gap to fit the tool through the rubber and the window glass.
but i still say it's easier to just remove the rear window.
good luck

If your Jeep has the little hinged gull windows on the front door I think I may have a good answer for ya. Just cant remember what year they stopped using them in. On the outside of it there is a little black **** that connects to the handle on the inside. If I remember right you can twist that with pliers and the whole latch assembly twists with it. If this works, let me know lol.

As for getting into the hood. The idiot who owned it before me broke the cable and took a hammer to the whole hood locking mechanism. So i now have retarded looking hood pins. And ill do a quick little write up on how i did it. Maybe ill do it again some day with pictures.
(btw i used my front passenger door)
Step one. Pull off weather guard between window and door.
Step two. ( i used a wire hanger with a U in it. you can take a thin piece of sheet metal and cut a little < for the same effect. In new jersey slim jims are illegal.) I stuck the hanger in the gap where the weather stripping was, right above the push button on the handle. There will be a wheel for the window motor you can see its white you want to put it on the left side of this wheel.
Step three. Jiggle the hanger down in and around till you feel like you have hooked something, pull up. I was frustrated so i just slipped the hanger in and yanked up hard till the lock finally clicked.
Edit: no i dont have the triangle pilot windows. Thanks for all the help, Found my way to be easy on the wallet *free hanger* and fairly easy on the brain.
It will take some patience, but its not hard once you see what im talking about. Like i said ill do a write up on it for some other guy who did the same thing =]]]. I also hid the hanger under my truck so god forbid this ever happen again, Ill be ready lol.
*note i also have a 93 so it might be a little different for a newer year*
