Do you know much about suspension? Want a factory service manual? Start checking frontend suspension components, wheel bearings, ball joints. Make sure it's got a swaybar, etc., etc....

Btw, your condition is called "death wobble." Do a search on this website and you'll find plenty of info.
thank you, it has front sway bar checked that, guy said bearings were replaced, i have the service manual but i cant find anything wrong like tie rod ends or ball joints is theyre any way with nothing else wrong it could be just alignment?my friends xj done this but not as bad because he had alot bigger tires which kept it from wobbling so bad

I think this would be classified more as a bump steer condition. Is your pitman arm factory or has it been replaced with a longer one to compensate for the lift? Steering angles can cause it to "bump steer" every time you hit a bump. Id check all the steering components like mentioned. Also re-grease your balljoints.

As everyone else mentioned but also check your shocks and steering damper... How big of of lift is that? If it's too high, stock control arms, trackbar and sway links may not be long enough.
