need help fixing a buddys xj

im totally new to the xj world i have a 2005 tj rubicon but im trying yo help fix my buddys 99 xj sport i just put a new alt on it and got it running again (has been sitting for 3 years) any way the drivers side front fender is all bougered up and was wondering what years will fit the 99 i did do a search but couldn't find a direct answer thanks for all your time

Hope you changed the oil after sitting that long. And run some serious fuel system cleaner (BG 44K is what you want). Probably good idea to do coolant too
