ok, so based off my findings on these codes, replacing all soleniods inside transmission should solve my code issue..
P0740 (M) -Torq Con Clu, No RPM Drop at Lockup Relationship between engine and vehicle speeds indicated failure of torque converter clutch lock-up system (TCC/PTU solenoid)
Solution^^: Replace TCC solenoid
P0756 AW4 Shift Sol B (2-3) Functional Failure Shift solenoid B (2-3) functional fault - Asin transmission
Solution^^: Replace Both Shift solenoid A (1-2) and shift solenoid B (2-3)
P0500 (M) No Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal No vehicle speed sensor signal detected during road load conditions.
-P0500 (M) No Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal A vehicle speed signal was not detected.
Solution^^: Replace gear on output shaft that rotates speedogear.. and new speedogear.
Drain and flush trans system.. New filter, gaskets, and fluids
As for these,
P1694 Fault In Companion Module No CCD/J1850 messages received from the powertrain control module-Aisin transmission.
-P1694 (M) No CCD Messages Received From ECM Bus communication failure to PCM.
Im hoping that changing the solenoids will solve the Communication issues between PCM and ECU..

No not yet. There's very little I can do here on a day-to-day basis because the Cherokee is outside and it is dark by the time I get home each night, plus it is our rainy season. And football season. And my kids indoor soccer season. And .....

Update:
I have tested the shift solenoids and came to find that two work mechanically and the TCC solenoid does not...Ordering all new solenoids.
Today i will be taking off tail housing and inspecting my output shaft drive gear. (VSS code and Speedo gear issue)... Anyone know where to get one of these?? Speedometer Drive Gear
Will also test power to the solenoids, with ignition on.. and shifting gears.
Test power at TCU connector
Lock up Sol: DK BLU/WHT
1-2/3-4 Sol: WHT
2-3 Sol: ORG/WHT

Not the one that connects to the VSS, its the one on the output shaft.. Post 14 shows both, the first picture with red gear is speedo gear, the second picture with blue gear is the speedo drive gear. The one that make the red one spin.
