Default need help beating a dead horse now!!!

Overheating at hwy speeds. Fans work fine. Just flushed new tstat. Upper hose is bulging at tstat housing. Seems that it would do that if radiator is blocked, restricting flow through block. Also noticed when we flushed that the system wouldn't handle much pressure from the garden hose.

New radiator? What do you think???

Isolate it, go through every place coolant flows, where it seems slow, replace it.
