I just changed all the rod bearings, and now it's knocking worse then before? I changed them all with std. size. What should I check? I did the rear main seal also.
About to rip oil pan off again and check.
Any ideas?

you should use plastigauge on that.that way you know if you've got the right amount of clearance. you can usually get a pack of that stuff at a parts store and it should give you enough to do the whole motor.

The crank should probably be pulled and ground .010 undersize, then fit .010 oversize bearings.
Something has excessive clearance somewhere. How's your oil pressure?
