Blown headgasket maybe? Check to see if oil is milky.

no the w/p seams good i think that screaming is due to the w/p pully its causing visible wear on the belt. and no my oil is good i dont think its the head gasket and when i turn my heat on to try to drop the temp down i just get cold air. im thinking it may be a air bubble. but im not sure how to get it out on a closed system

When its cold take cap off radiator *this is what we did with my friends im not sure if this is the correct way* and let it run. It will most likely get very warm and then all the sudden the temp will DROP fast. Therefore clearing all the air bubbles

Exactly. You have an air pocket in your system and the screaming is the water pump running dry. Hopefully you have not wrecked the pump by running it dry too long.

Sometimes squeezing the upper/lower rad hoses with the cap off can get some of the air out and following Jhosgood's advice will usually get the rest out.

If it starts to overheat with the cap off then try taking a short drive and going around some sharp bends. That has always worked for me even after changing radiators in several diff cars.
