need help

Default need help

i was hooking my stereo up today. the power and the negative touched together and sparked. after i hooked it all the way up i tryed starting my jeep. and it wouldnt turn over. the blinkers wouldnt work the wipers would work but they were really slow. i tryed jumping my jeep and nothing would happen. can somebody help me figuire out the problem

fuse somewhere?

x2 on the fuses. Id pull the fuse that supply's power to the radio.

x2, but pull ALL the fuses in your incabin fuse box.
check em all, and for these Jeeps, keep extras anyways...Ive replaced my instrument/taillight fuse 3x in 3 months lol...usually from mudding (getting wet)

just always be sure, check em all. (half of mine are missing cause I live in TX and took stuff out..saves voltage and parts cost! )

Not sure what your year is, but did you check the fuse block under the hood as well (if equipped)?

There is no change at all. and even when i try to start my jeep with a screw driver by making the wires touch. it just turns it over but it will need start all the way. my jeep is a 1989 2 door cherokee. im thinking that maybe i fryed my computer. my starter is good my battery is good my alternator is good. ive checked every fuse me and my buddies could find.

Check the 20 amp fuse under hood in PDC, bet thats your problem.
