So I have a 95 Cherokee sport with a 91 4.0 H.O. The temp gauge wasn't reading so I swapped out the sensor and it started reading that I was idling at 245* and running at 220*. I then replaced the thermostat to a 195* and that didn't help at all. Whats my next step?

Verify your temps with an IR temp gun first. Shoot the T stat housing when it's good and warm to see if your gauge is close. You can also shoot the hoses as well. I'd do this before you start sinking more parts and money into it.
