2000 jeep xj idle issue?

2000 jeep xj idle issue?
i have a 2000 jeep xj with 204k miles everything is perfect accept it has an idle issue. idles rough when at operating temps. likes to sit around 500rpm. i have new plugs cleaned my thoutle body and cleaned my injectors. some times when im offroad in 4x4 and my wheels stop quickly it will stall. any suggestions on what this might be would be great.
