Unplug the o2 sensor, that fixed mine. Buying a new sensor this week, in the meantime I'm staring at a check engine light, but the jeep starts and runs without blowing fuses. The o2 sensors are heated and when the heating element fails they short out the entire engine control system.
Something is shorting to ground, something that is fused on that circuit. Like I wrote before, finding it will most likely not be easy. You have a list of all things supplied by that fuse, start unplugging them one by one until the fuse no longer blows and you will have identified the culprit, then trace that all the way back to the fuse and find where it's shorting. There isn't a magic solution, unfortunately.
Ok after futher inspection, it was definitely the O2 wires. Three of the four burnt the heck up. So put in the new pump, fixed all the wires, replaced the maxi 30 amp fuse and she fired right back up. So went ahead and put the tank back up. Now all to do is finish putting the inside back together where I tried to follow the fuel hot and ground wires. Hope this helps someone. Man I hate wiring.....Thanks for all the help guys!!!!!!
