Exclamation Need Advice on the Following Parts for a Cherokee Rebuild

I've got a 94 XJ sitting in the garage with the following issues:

Exhaust manifold leak
Rear main seal leak
Dangerously worn suspension

The Jeep was in an accident about a year ago, and I had replaced the (bent) tie rod (among other things) with a beefier ZJ tie rod which seemed to make handling even worse/more floaty (any thoughts why?). Otherwise, the suspension on this XJ is likely still stock from 1994.

I'd like to get this thing running as a SAFE family DD. This means I'd like this thing to handle like stock/brand new or better. I really don't care about lift, but if I get better quality components by going with OME stuff, I'll do so. At the same time however, I'd really like to keep this build as cheap as possible.

Right now I've got the following list of parts. Can you tell me if I'm missing something, have something on the list that I don't need/is the wrong part, or there's something on the list that I can get for much cheaper that does exactly what I'm looking for, given the requirements above?

The only items I'm missing I believe are the drag link assembly and sway bar end links. Are these necessary for replacement, and if so, where/what would you recommend?

Again, if I've 'overbuilt' based on some of the parts listed above and can save a good chunk of cash with other parts that work just as well, please let me know. I want this thing safe, and I only want to have to do all of this once (I have an F150 on 38's if I feel like replacing tie rods), but it's also a 20 year old Jeep that is no longer the 'main' money pit .

Edit to add:

The Jeep needs new tires as well. What size would you recommend for little-to-no rubbing? 30x9.5x15 on stock wheels?

Also, are those Bilsteins long enough given the coils and leaf springs?

I've read good things about this header, but I wish it had a 2.5" OD at the flange.
