Thats crazy just today I was tossin around the idea of full size wagoneer 44s under my 85 cherokee. I think Im gonna do the axle swap when I swap my 2.8 for a vortec 4.3.

i dont really want full width axles in my cherokee i like teh fact the its small nimble and narrow. but i do want to run a 35 with out breaking stuff all teh time. im gonna either 4.11 or 4.88s in teh cherokee. i wanna keep te drivetrain as stock ad possible cuz its so bullet proof. i just wanna be able to spin the **** outa some 35s and not break stuff. and i think it will do good. teh only think i need are new upper and lower adj. control arms. right now i have stock upppers and fixed lowers from a 3in. and i have almost 7in of list. lol. the 31s damn near rub the back of the front fenders. lol.
