Hello all was wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem to mine and how to remedy it. My 2001 XJ squeaks pretty bad any time i make a turn. Have already checked the torque on my lugnuts and their good and have lubed the front suspension (lith ion grease) and still squeaks. Wondering if my grease is the culprit? Problem started after wheeling one day and can't get rid of it?

Could be a bad U-joint. It's a 4x4 right?

 

yes 4 wheel drive. Your talking about the u-joint where the wheel assembly meets the axle

 

Does it do it turning both left and right?

yea it does it either way that i turn, its worse with speed
