Default Mystery Problem...

Hey guys,

Ok driving home today and a few things happened....
First the oil pressure gauge dropped to under 40, well thats funny I thought to myself. Then the temp went up to around 220ish, two strange things in a matter of minutes, something is wrong... Another thing a few days ago a strange noise started when driving home from work. While cruising down the hwy when I let off the gas it sounded like the jeep had a little blow off valve dump, give it gas noise goes away, feather the peddle its there but not when totally on or off the throttle.... My question is WTF???? Is my head going????? Its a 2000 XJ with 176,000 on the clock. Any input would be great.
Thanks,
Jake
