mystery plug in cab behind passenger kick panel

What does this plug into? I don't see anything to plug it up to maybe optional equipment?

OHC I think, I cant remember if the connector for it is there or in the passenger side pillar

googling. its either the dash clock but leaning more toward overhead console. Nothing really looks like a match
