my water pump went ?

i was doing some heavy acceleration from first to second gear and reved the car really high. so the next day my truck was smokey and i had antifreeze on my driveway

so i picked up a bosch waterpump i was wondering if its a good water pump

thanks lol im having troule finding the hose to go from my pump to the heater core mine was rusted out and im not gunna use it on the new pump

Bosch makes good stuff; in fact I normally seek it out for replacement parts.

Good time to consider a wholesale replacement of all coolant hoses while you are at it. Mandatory if these are OEM hoses on a 98.

The cooling system is only as good as the weakest link and hoses are often overlooked (that is until they blow!)
