I noticed a little while ago the turn signal does not automaticaly shut off after completing the turn, it just stays on. Anyone ever deal with this?

Yes. It's the plastic limiter in the column more then likely it broke.

Ahhh, I imagine thats a Jeep specific part?

To tell you the truth I have never had to change mine out on any of my Jeeps. But I have on several other vehicles so I don't know if you can find one for Jeep at any auto parts store. If I were you I would start calling parts stores and find out. Good luck.
