I agree, it needs to be tested even though it's factory. Iv been through 2 or three cps sensors before I found one that worked. I got it from napa.
I also might add that the c101 will cause A crank no start condition if I remember correctly. I'd get all the gunk out of it and spray it out with electronics cleaner

Sometimes a genuine Mopar cps needs a little help to get .5 volts ac while cranking. This happened to me! See cruisers cps mod/adjustment. Click on the Pink Link!

also pulled one of the spark plugs out, placed it on the valve cover and was getting spark...
weird thing is i hear the fuel pump nice and loud but i dont think i am getting any fuel into the head... i was cranking for about 3-4 minutes and when i pulled the spark plug out it was comlpetely dry and i didnt smell any gasoline whatsoever

Do you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to the on position? You can press in on the shrader valve on the fuel rail and see if fuel sprays out (watch yer eyes). And please test the cps for ac value and let us know results!

Have you checked your fuel filter. After you turn the key and the fuel pump primes take the shader cap off of the fuel rail and press the middle in to make sure your getting good fuel. Just a idea.

Ok, the fuel filter is in the tank ,(a little hard to check), and as far as fuel pressure at the shader valve, isn't this what I just posted 2 hrs. earlier?

Fuel pump is more than likely dead. If you get one, don't get an Airtex. Bosch is the best. If you can wait, check out ebay for good deals.
No it's not. There is a basket-type pre filter (I think) on the pump intake but the fuel filter is bolted to the frame rail on the driver's side, just forward of the tank.
Yep, check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. A lot of people point their finger at the filter but I have never, never seen or read of a fuel filter causing the problems you've described. If you replace the fuel pump you might as well replace the filter ($15 for a WIX) and soft lines ($3-$5) while you're under there, covered in gas.
