Default are my rear leaf springs sagging?

I have a stock 92 Laredo that seems to be sitting lower than normal, is it just me or do they look like its sitting lower than it should? Tires are 215/75/15

You shouldn't add aal to sagging packs. You need new packs.

do they look like they are sagging? if you look at the pack it looks like its bending upwards kinda, but from this angle the wheel looks at about the right height

They are starting to sag, and even with installing the aal, it will only sag more as time goes on. Once they start to sag, they unfortunately go quick.

Measure and find out how much they are sagging.

rear was sitting at about 5 1/2" but i know it needs new shocks for sure, so i was just thinking that since i was replacing all the shocks maybe i could put some spacers in at the same time, i was planning on putting bigger shackles on the back

Bigger shackles will cause leafs to sag faster

You should get new packs.
If money is an issue get a set of Dakota/S10 leafs and use them to build a bastard pack to put you about 1" above stock.
Up front a set of coil spacers would work.

Buy new packs, if you plan on lifting just buy lift package, or you'll regret it

You dont need a lift package. You can piece together everything you need for a lot cheaper. Especially if you look around for used parts and arent afraid to put some work in.

I meant lift packs not a lift package. I was saying if his leafs are sagging and he plans on lifting he should just buy new lift packs
