My new tires came with rub at no additional charge i need help with something

I've got the same size tires with the same backspace. I took a sawzall to the bumper caps to stop the rub until I got my 2" lift from Fat Bob's Garage. Didn't have an issue with the splash shield.

-And actually my tires somewhat fit beneath my fender they do tuck inside idk what would happen at full flex though

you should be fine, let it rub it will fix itself. I have wheels with 3 1/2 backspacing with -13 offset and my tires stick out about 2 inches or more from the flares. I dont even have bumpstops

those cuts aint nothing haha mine are bad... i stuffed it going kinda fast and bent about 8 inch of the rear of the driver side up and the paint has since flaked off. ive rimmed alot off!!!! im tinkering of ways to make tube fenders now
