I've got the same size tires with the same backspace. I took a sawzall to the bumper caps to stop the rub until I got my 2" lift from Fat Bob's Garage. Didn't have an issue with the splash shield.

2" budget boost, slight trim of the front bumper end caps and your good to go!

put a 2" bb on it. everything will be ok. and they are pretty cheap

yea my splash shield was drooping so that it was rubbing

you should be fine, let it rub it will fix itself. I have wheels with 3 1/2 backspacing with -13 offset and my tires stick out about 2 inches or more from the flares. I dont even have bumpstops

what is the best/easiest tool to use to cut fenders i got a body saw that i got for free from the next door nabor

dont know the best or easiest as i've never cut any part of my fenders you can see but I've seen people on here use anything from a dremel to a welder

well the wrangler rt/s's hated it at stock height, but the 31 federals dont mind one bit at 3" they just kinda bent the metal out of the way and now it never rubs, that and a little assistance from me and my friend Mr.Tinsnips

well know my fender have sliced my tires gay.... im lifting it 3 inches with a leaf block and a coil spacer sorry for the big pic's photo bucket is retarded.

those cuts aint nothing haha mine are bad... i stuffed it going kinda fast and bent about 8 inch of the rear of the driver side up and the paint has since flaked off. ive rimmed alot off!!!! im tinkering of ways to make tube fenders now
