Default My Gas Mileage Sucks!

I was getting aroung 18mpg but over the last few months I'm only getting around 14.5mpg. I put in a new Bosch O2 sensor a couple months ago along with an accel cap and rotor, taylor 8.2mm wires, and champion plugs at .035". I don't know if it's possible one of these pieces isn't working just right or if it's something else. I've heard of winter gas making mpg's go down but it has never had this much affect on my mileage before. Ideas?

After lurking and experimenting heres a coupla of things that have been producing more noticeable results than others;

1. T-Stat - replace with OEM temp (190-95) Gotta get warm to "closed loop"

2. IAT probe - replacement at 80K plus miles

3. O2 sensor - like same with IAT probe.

I've seen too many folks in the Mustang 5.0 world put accell in, have issues, then put the stock stuff back on and run perfect again.
