Default My 2000 xj starts running really rough

I have a 2000 jeep cherokee with a 4.0 it been randomly starting to run real rough cant get over 45 bad accelation and rough idol. It'll run fine sometimes then after a while it'll start in. I've replaced the coil, put new copper spark plugs and just put on a different TPS. It keeps throwing P0353 code for coil, along with cylinder 3 and 4 misfire codes on occasion, and p1493 for ambient battery temp which may be unrelated? Ive not found any damaged wires coming from the coil. Can someone please help me?

3-4 are sisters in the dual spark system. Check the continuity of the wires. If that's good, then IMO it's a coil driver or the C1 or C2 connector to the coil driver.
