Default Multiple issues/questions (tie rod & end links)

I have a few issues and I want to fix them asap. One being bent tie rod and I'm looking at the Rusty's kit that comes with ends, do members get a discount? I need new longer front sway bar end links I only have a budget boost with 30x9.5" tires.

Issues I'm facing right now is scary wobble at around the 50-55mph as well as front tires being feathered badly from inboard to the out are these issues being caused by both of these parts or one or the other?

What's your toe-in measure with that bent tie rod? Unless you corrected the toe-in after it got bent I'm sure your toe-in is destroying your tires and could be part of your wobble... though worn steering parts should be investigated.

Your bent tierod is causing the tire feathering. Due to it being bent the front side of your tires are being pulled together...in effect giving you a REALLY toed in condition. I would bet that is also what is causing your death wobble at 55.

Go to your nearest junkyard and snag a tierod off of a 93-97 V-8 ZJ (Grand Cherokee). This is a much beefier unit than the OEM tierod on your XJ...and it bolts right in. After I bent my second stock XJ tierod I did this upgrade to my XJ. With 6" lift, 4.56 gears, front locker and 33" tires, and thrashing my Jeep on the toughest trails in Wa. state, I haven't bent this thing yet.

Thank you guys very much, totally makes sense that the bent part is causing the wear. I'll try to get my hands on a ZJ piece ASAP.

Any suggestions on new longer end links anyways? Mine are tired and could use to be longer.
