Default Multi-function switch replacement

Turn signals were acting up, figured out it was the MFS. Pulled one from the JY, and now I just need to pull apart the the stuff around the steering column to get to it, and I was wondering if anyone had done it before or could offer some tips on what to remove/how and that kinda stuff.

Read the info and it'll tell you what you need to know/do.
Didn't you open the PM?

Yeah, I read it. Thanks, very helpful stuff.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. Got the new switch in fine, back together, same problems as before. Hazards, brights, bright flash, all works. Except the signals. Checked the fuse before, looks fine. I didn't have any extras, so I didn't replace it, but I don't know what it could be now.

Have you checked/replaced the TS flasher yet? Try the hazard flasher as a test.

All four sides (six lights total) work fine for the hazards. Where exactly is the turn signal flasher?

I can't say on your vehicle. Check the manual.
