Crawl underneath the Jeep on the driver side. From behind the trans crossmember, shine a flashlight up on to the bellhousing where it meets the engine. The CPS will be at 11:00 o'clock.
But, I'm doubting this is a CPS problem. You can check the CPS from the engine bayy with a multimeter. I use the voltage test instead of the resistance test though.
Have you checked your sensor grounds as I suggested?

How did you "check " them? You can't just look at them. You MUST remove, clean , polish til shiny , all connection points. Otherwise you're just pi$$ing in the wind.

You're right, maybe you can't see yourself in the reflection but they're grounded. Thanks for the support, but not the attitude. Its all appreciated.

Sorry if you took that as attitude. Wasn't intended that way. Unless you physically remove the grounds and clean them, you can't be sure they're making good contact. You haven't made it clear that you have done this, just stated they were good.
I was Service Manager and Shop Foreman at a Jeep dealership when these Jeeps were introduced and for 8 years thereafter. The ground connections were poor when the Jeeps were new and gave us fits until the factory tech people suggested cleaning them up. There was too much paint on the block and head where these critical grounds attached.
It's not something to overlook. Believe me.

Gotta be cool about taking advice here - it's worth at least $85+ an hour and saves a trip to the dealership shark pool. It's a good read on troubleshooting this problem. Electrical stuff is still easier to deal with than mechanical. Hang in there - you'll find it...
