MSD 6A box, will it help?
I removed a MSD 6A box off of my racecar awhile back, and put a 6AL box on it (to get an rpm limiter). My question is if it would help to put it on my '95 XJ. It's got over 200,000 miles on it, but runs fairly well anyway. I'm curious if it would be a good idea to go to the effort to install on my Cherokee. That, and trying to figure out the wiring. I assume MSD has that on their website. I'm hoping that the multiple sparks would keep the plugs cleaner, and last longer. I've been told an MSD can fire in oil, but I don't have first hand experience. Any ideas? Thanks guys, Cherokee Forum is quite helpful. Keep trying to keep the dream alive. Thanks

Yes for all the same reasons you used it on your race car.
I'm looking for a used one myself. anything that helps fire the fuel is a bonus in my book.
Shhh. Whats that I hear? Ah yes all the guys that are rushing to tell you that if it didn't come from the factory that way it won't work. Thats right, the same guys that will go on and on on how the factory axles are crap and you should spend a fortune on a ford 9 inch.
