Driving to school this mourning I turned and steped on the gas and I went no where. My tires were spinning but I was not moving. I WAS NOT ON ICE, THE ROADS ARE CLEAR.

Ok but what could it possibly be. It will start to move once i let off the gas put it in park then back into drive. Then it does it again about 20 ft down the road.

I FOUND A WAY TO KEEP YOUR INSIDE OF THE ROOF FROM FALLING IN. THIS IS MY DADS REDNECK WAY OF KEEPING HIS UP.

sounds like something in front causing wheels to lock up. A deteriorating front brake line could cause that, they have a nasty way of collapsing on themselves, effectively locking up the caliper. Or it could be the caliper itself, sticking. good luck

Sounds like the caliper is stuck, i had this happen to me on my tj. The caliper was froze up and the piston was rusted from wheeling in the mud and neglecting to do a thorough cleaning. Keep us posted on what you find and good luck.

yea my caliper is locked up. There is one waiting for me at the auto parts store and im going to change it since my jeep is in the schools parking lot stuck. Yes those are thumb tacks to, they do a very good job of keeping it up.

Inspect your old caliper before replacing it. Crack the bleeder open and try to compress the piston, bleed brakes, and try again. Bad fluid or failing master cylinder can also cause brakes to lock. Nothing sucks like spending money on parts you don't need.

Stuck caliper...
That was my second guess.

I originally thought it was a misadjusted Hiesenberg Compensator
