ok search gurus. i cant find a thread on pirate or here on moving the fueltank up ...you know the one where you cut the fllor drop tank and sit it in from up top. my ? is what all would i need to change. im thinking filler neck can stay where its at once i move it up top and i can cut a hole for it to go back to where it is maybe have to shorten it little. it doesnt seem like this would be hard at all. i was wantin to see a build on it so i can get an idea of what all is involved.

ill be doing this this week or next. i like it. and it is simpler than i thought, and gains lots o ground clearance i have beat my skid up wheelin.the extra few inches will be nice. but come on id be lying if i didnt mention how i will love showing off the trussed44 with tha ballistic fab cover.. haha the tank kinda hides it right now.

ONce you do that.. You can stretch the wheel base by using MJ springs Give yourself 5 more inches.
