Default motor project need help

ok just pulled a inline 6 out of a 91 with under 130000 on it, a 5sp and t case. all seem to be i good working order form the j-yard

im looking to rebuild and add goods. im looking a putting a super charger on it. but i cant seem to find some low compression pistons, i would like a 7.5 or a 8.0 to 1 compression.

if like ppl say are strong motors and hard to kill then what i got planed should be no prob.

if i pulled the right specs im look at265hp 290lb-ft.

set up im going to try a do is a 7.5 compression with 15 pis form the super charger, mild cam, custom exh, and if it will fit a intake form a 4.7. with a unv stand alone comp so that i can fine toon

if im do it right im looking at around 400hp 420 lb-ft

as for the trany im looking in to getting it rebuild so there is no probs

the tcase i want to change the gearing in it, i want my 4l to be like 2 times what it is now. i want to move and the speed a dirt in fist gear and want to move as slow as i do now in in first gear in 2nd gear

once this is down im looking for air lockers, and im thinking of gearing as well. but all in all i want to have a top speed of around 90mph

i want power not speed

any help will be nice.

Why such low compression? You may want to do some research you may have some drive ability problems with that low compression. Have you looked at a turbo if you can fabricate you can do a turbo kit for half the price of a super charger kit.

I agree kinda. lol A supercharger would be sweet. But why not just build a stroker and turbo it. You would have a crap load of power.

i totally respect the turbo over supercharger comments but in a four wheel drive that your going to be crawling in at low rpms and not looking for a 1/4 mile time the supercharger is the better choice building boost pressure at a much lower rpm and low comp pistons in a supercharged motor only have the disadvantage of being hard to start but its nothing major in a gas motor
